Any bags purchased after January 2019 are covered by me for two years against faults attributed to manufacturing, hardware or materials. This warranty does not include coverage for unfair use of the bag.
In relation to items purchased prior to January 2019, I will generally cover or support you with issues up to one year after purchase. In 80% of cases I will cover costs or offer a mutually agreeable solution. In any event, as an Australian registered business you are covered buy some of the toughest consumer laws in the world. I want to create stylish gear that stands up to living. So if something breaks within the first few weeks of ownership or there is a fault that is less than you expected please let me know. In most cases I'll replace it and/or re-design the product to be more robust in the future.
