Shipping and Returns

Please take time to read all of my Shipping and Returns information. It's a pretty damn generous policy but you need to be aware of certain restrictions. 

Despatch Timeframes:

Generally I aim to despatch your goods ASAP and within 48 hours of an order being received. Sometimes this is not possible due to the order coming in over a weekend. On other occasions there may be a need to wait for delivery of the product to me from my manufacturer. In these cases I will usually contact you beforehand and advise you of any expected delays. 

Shipping Options:

I offer basic shipping via Australia Post to destinations within Australia and to overseas as well as Express Shipping via Australia Post. 

If you require a faster or couriered delivery please state this in your order information box and include relevant contact details so we can discuss your requirements. I am more than happy to meet your needs but additional costs may apply. Call me for a chat if you're unsure. 

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping rates within Australia are currently FREE  for orders over $100 but are base-rate postage charges wherein I will choose the most cost effective delivery method in order to get your purchased goods to you. 

Shipping rates to overseas destinations are at a set rate and this cost will be applied on checkout. If you are unhappy with the applied rate please contact me and we can discuss some alternatives. 

Shipping Tracking:

Most deliveries will have a corresponding tracking number. You will receive this number via email when I despatch your goods. If you loose it or can't find it please feel free to contact me and I will look into it for you. 


If it's not what you expected, send it back! My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your purchase came with Free Postage I will happily refund the purchase cost less the postage costs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage / Repairs

If an item is defective or damaged when you receive it please notify me immediately so I can arrange a replacement. 

Sometimes, through normal wear and tear damage may occur to your product or parts may break. If you feel that such damage it attributable to poor workmanship then please let me know. I will either replace the item or, If we can fix it, we will. This being said, nothing I sell here is engineered by NASA or created by The Gods. Be gentle with your gear. Treat it well and it should last you well. 


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
