Entire experience was excellent! I had some questions following placing the order and all were promptly responded to. The bag is an excellent size, appears strong and well made. I’ll be ordering the additional motorcycle strap as the bag is perfect for gym and small shopping runs etc.

Previously I wrote a negative review based on not getting a response from Jack Stillman to my mail regarding the lack of Tully strap with my Ridgeback Messenger, turns out there was a IT gliche & my mail was not received. After my review Jarrod contacted me, explained the cause (human error, **** happens) & immediately resolved my problem & was even good enough to throw in a little something extra. My confidence is restored & I look forward to many years service from my excellent Jack Stillman purchase.

I recently ordered a Ridgeback Motorcycle Messenger together with the extra T Brace Stability Strap, unfortunately Tully Shoulder strap as shown above in photos & listed in the specifications did not arrive with my delivery. Jack Stillman claim to attempt to reply to Emails in 12 hours, guess what... after sending a couple of Emails outlining my problem, nobody has contacted me by mail or by phone which they have on my original order. I'd suggest you steer clear of their online ordering & walk into their retail outlets, or just purchase someone elses product.
Hey Pete, Firstly I want to apologise for the fact that you did not receive the Tully Sling. This was human error. Some of my bags are stored without the shoulder strap in case the customer wants to swap. Unfortunately we sent the order without editing it to add the Tully Sling. I apologise and can appreciate that this frustrated you. Peter, your frustration is doubly justified because I have discovered, thanks to you, that the contact form on the webpage, which I assume was what you used, is not working. I am attempting to fix that now. In future please know that we have a contact email address that is provided to you with you order, facebook and messenger services which could be used to contact us. And I will always get back to you within hours. I have never had a situation where I have not personally contacted a customer who has requested help. We have already arranged for your sling to come out to you immediately. I will also include a gift for messing you about as we have. I've sent you my personal email in case you have any other issues.
