Shipping Policy

 

  • We try to ship orders within a 48 hour period after receiving your order.
  • We ship using Australia Post from Perth Western Australia. That means items shipped to the Eastern States of Australia can take between 6-14 business days. If you are not sure, please chat with us. 
  • We ship worldwide but overseas delivery times can vary from country to country. 
    • Free Shipping is offered for orders over $200 within Australia.
    • If your order is for a pre-order, we will contact you with updates as the order progresses.
    • All orders will receive a confirmation email once the order is made and another when the order is shipped. If you don't receive these please check your junk mail and/or contact us. Please also ensure you provided us with an email in the first place (it has happened).

    Tracking Options

    We ALWAYS send you an email with tracking details for your order. Sometimes this might end up in your trash inside your email ap. 

    International Customs Duties and Taxes

    As a general rule we do not collect foreign tax or custom charges on behalf of foreign government. As such you may be liable for your countries applicable customs and tax charges. If you are unsure of the applicable costs, please research this before making an order. Please also note that we cannot negotiate with your home country on your behalf if you are unhappy with the charges that have been applied to your order. 

    All items on International orders will be sent together to reduce shipping fees unless stated otherwise. If you order an item in stock and a pre-ordered item, the order will be sent when the pre-order item is available. 

    Missing or Lost Packages

    If you feel that your item has been lost in the abyss, please contact us and we will raise the issue with Australia Post on your behalf. 

    Damages

    If you order is received and has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to take pictures of the state of the package when it arrived.
